Isaan

 

Unlike Central Thai food, Isaan food is usually eaten with sticky rice. The taste sensation of the four main flavours sweet, sour, salty, and spicy (but spicy can be toned down) blend for a savoury balance of culinary perfection. Simple marinated meats charcoal grilled by order, fried meats, and mouth watering savoury salads round out the selection of Thailand's North Eastern delicacies.

Staple dishes such as green curries, stir fried vegetables, Tom Yum soup, and the world famous Pad Thai are some of various selection of the world famous Thai cuisine offered.
